The DeductSnap application and all of its components - including software, source code, architecture, algorithms, user interface, visual design, graphics, icons, logos, text, and documentation (collectively, the "Materials") - are the intellectual property of Volabiz Tech LLC ("Volabiz Tech"), protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws. The DeductSnap name and logo are trademarks of Volabiz Tech; no right or license to use them is granted.

License to You

Subject to the Terms of Service, Volabiz Tech grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, solely for your own expense and mileage tracking. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Volabiz Tech.

Prohibited Use

Except as expressly permitted by law that cannot be contracted around, you may not: copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Materials; distribute, sell, rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the Materials; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the app; remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice; use the Materials to build a competing product or service; or use automated tools to extract data or content from the Service.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the receipts, trips, and other data you create. This notice claims no ownership over your content.

Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant Volabiz Tech a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it without restriction or compensation.

Third-Party Components

This app includes open-source components used under their respective licenses; those licenses govern the corresponding components. A full list of third-party licenses is available on request from support@deductsnap.com.

Infringement Claims

If you believe material in the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice with the details required by 17 U.S.C. 512 to legal@deductsnap.com.

Enforcement

Unauthorized use of the Materials may result in termination of your license and account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability. Volabiz Tech actively enforces its intellectual-property rights.
